Combipress

The Combipress POD vehicles are a great solution for clients who need to collect multiple Waste Types simultaneously. It can be configured with the Variopress, Evopress and Rotopress to provide you with two completely separate compartments. Alternatively, when the POD is combined with the Selectapress it gives three completely separate compartments. The flexibility of having multiple, and completely separate compartments offers you the possibility to collect all types of waste simultaneously. Also ensuring that there is no cross contamination between compartments. The benefits of Recycling are high on our agenda, due to the positive effects on the Environment. With this in mind the Combipress has been designed for the changing demands of the UK waste collection sector. It has a strong and durable construction, while offering you excellent payload capacity, regardless of the waste streams.

A key aspect to collecting different waste and recyclables is that the waste densities can fluctuate greatly. The Combipress variations are designed so that a combination of waste types, including General Domestic, Garden, Food and other recyclables including Paper, Card, Glass, Metals and Plastics, can be collected at the same time with ease. Flexibility is key.

Popular waste streams to use the Combipress POD for are Food and Glass, as these are generally dense in weight, and benefit from not being compacted. Regardless of the FAUN Refuse Collection Body it is paired with, you will also benefit from Fraction Optimised Compaction in the rear compartment / compartments. The result is that the Combipress Refuse Collection Vehicle has the ability to intelligently compact the different waste and / or Recyclables to utilise the full volume of the body compartments, while ensuring the best possible payload.

The Combipress POD’s are available in from 3m3 – 6m3. The vehicle can be designed so that you have the correct volumes in each compartment, providing a solution for any operational demands.

The POD can be fitted with a bin lifter, or alternatively an integrated slave bin to suit your chosen operation.

The rear compartment / compartments can be configured with our range of Zoeller Bin Lifts, supplied as an open back or prepared for 3rd party hoists if preferred.
